AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN THE SOUTHEAST
1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22
AS R-3
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of
the Village of Plymouth, adopted May 13, 1968 and known as the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing the
classification on the Village of Plymouth Zoning Map with
respect to the hereinafter described property to R-3:
That part of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29,
Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th
Principal Meridian, described as follows: Commencing
at the Northwest corner of said Southeast 1/4; thence
East along the North line of said Southeast 1/4 a
distance of 144 rods to a point distant 264 feet West
of the Northeast corner of said southeast 1/4;
thence Southeasterly 721 feet in a straight line to
a point on the East line of said section distant
674 feet South of the Northeast corner of said
Southeast 1/4; thence South to a point distant 94 1/8
rods North of the Southeast corner of said Southeast
1/4; thence West parallel with the South line of said
Southeast 1/4 34 rods; thence South parallel with the
East line of said Southeast 1/4 to the center line of
County Road No. 6; thence Westerly along said center
line to the West line of said Southeast 1/4; thence
North along said West line of said Southeast 1/4 to
the point of beginning, EXCEPT: That part of the East
230 feet of the West 470 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 29, Township 118, Range 22, lying North of the
centerline of County Road No. 6, and South of a line
drawn East perpendicular to the West line of said
Southeast 1/4 from a point on said West line distant
1,350 feet North of the Southwest corner of said
Southeast 1/4.
Section 2. General Development Plan. This ordinance
authorizes the development of said tract only in accordance with
the general development plan, consisting of one (1) exhibit
(Exhibit "A") dated July 19, 1971 which general development plan
is on file in the Village offices and which plan is subject to
such modification as may be required pursuant to Section 10,
Subdivision 6 of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth
the 19th day of July, 1971.
