TO RESIDENTIAL'GARAGE DOOR HEIGHTS

t THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Amendment of Village Code. Paragraph (d)

!Section 4.05 of Chapter VI of the Village Code is hereby repealed
land the following substituted therefor:
!� "4.05 Construction Requirements.
.(d) The door height on any residential garage,
either attached or detached, shall not
exceed eight-t8) feet except by conditional,
t use permit_gianted,by the Village Council."'

Section 2. Effectiye Datd, This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and"publication.
Adopted by the Village Council this 19th day of Jul) ,
