HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Ordinance 1971-15VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH ORDINANCE #171-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE HEIGHT OF BUILDINGS IN CERTAIN DISTRICTS THF. VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLMUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Amendments of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the Village of Plymouth adopted May 13, 1968, known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended as follows: 1.01. Sectionl0-, Subdivision 5, Paragraph I thereof is repealed and the following substituted therefor: "SFCTION 10 R-4 MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT . . Subdivision 5. Height, Yard, Area, Lot [width and Depth, Lot Coverage and Minimum Floor Area Re&ul.ations 1. Height Regulations: Multiple dwellings shall not exceed our (4) stories ;Or, forty-five (45).feet in height, except that increased hei-ghr may be allowed by Conditional Use�Permit'as regulated in Section 17, Subd. 3, Par. 1. 1.02: Section 11, Subdivision 5,Paragraph 1 thereof is repealed and the following substituted therefor: ".SECTION 11 B-1 LIMITED BUSINESS DISTRICT Subdivision 5. Height, Yard, and Lot Coverage Regulations. 1. Height Regulations: No building shall hereafter be erected or structurally altered to exceed four (4) stores or forty-five (45) feet in height except that increased height may be allowed by Conditional Use Permit as regulated in Section 17, Subd. 3,.Par. 1. d." 1.03. Section 12, Subdivision 5, Paragraph 1 thereof is repealed and the following substituted therefor: "SECTION 12 B-2 SHOPPING CENTER BUSINESS DISTRICT Subdivision 5. Height, Yard Area_'and:Lot Coverage Rau ations. 3 y @@ 1. height Regulations: No building shall hereafter be erected or structurally altered to exceed four (4) stories or forty-five (45) feet in height except that increased height may be allowed by Conditional Use Permit as regulated in Section 17, Subd. 3. Par. 1. d." 1.04. Section 13, Subdivision 6, Paragraph 1, Section 14, Subdivision 5, Paragraph 1, Section 15, Subdivision 5, Paragraph 1 and Section 16, Su1idivision 5, Paragraph 1 of said Plymouth Zoning Ordinance are all amended by adding the following sentence to each of said sections, I subdivisions and paragraphs: { "Increased height may be allowed by Conditional Use Permit as regulated in Section 17, Subdivision 3, Paragraph 1. d." st i Section 2.
