AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RELATING TO USES BY CONDITIONAL PERMIT
IN THE B-3 SERVICE BUSINESS DISTRICT
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. The Zoning Ordinance of
the Village of :lymouth adopted May 13, 1968 as Ordinance No.
68-8 is hereby amended by adding to Subdivision 3, Section 13,
the following:
"SECTION 13. B-3 SERVICE -BUSINESS DISTRICT.
. . . Subd. 3. Uses by Conditional Use Permit..
. . . 16. Sporting Goods Store.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall became
effective.,upon_its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council this day of
1971.
Mayor
