AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LANDS IN THE NORTHEAST
1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 28,
TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22, A PART OF GOVERNMENT
LOT 2 IN SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22,
A PART OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/4
OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 AND
A PART OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST
1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22

THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the
Village of Plymouth, adopted Hay 13, 1968 and known as the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the
classification on the Village of Plymouth Zoning Map with
respect to the hereinafter described property to R-4:
"The Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 28,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Except that part thereof described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the East line of
said Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and the
centerline of County Road No. 6; thence West along
the centerline of said County Road a distance of
1102.77 feet to the P.C. of a curve in said centerline;
thence continue West along the, tangent of said curve
a distance of 81.65 feet; thence North parallel with
the East line of said Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast
1/4 a distance of 208.71"feet; thence East parallel
with the centerline (first described) of County Road
No. 6 a distance of 208.71 feet; thence North parallel
with the East line of said Northeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 a distance of 183.63 feett thence West
parallel with the centerline of said County Road No. 6
a distance of 25 feett thence North parallel with the
East line of said Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4
a distance of e,47.34 feet, more or leas, to the
intersection wi_h a line drawn West and parallel with
the centerline of said County Road No. 6, from a point
in said East line of said Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast
1/4, 859.68 feet North of the point of beginning,
measured along said East line thereof; thence East
along the last described line a distance of 1000.71 feet
to said point in the East line of said .:ortherst 1/4
of the Southeast 1/4; thence South along saie East line
859.68 feet to the place of beginning; Also 3xcept that
part of said Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 lying
South of the centerline of County Road No. 6.
Also, that part of Government Lot 2 in Section 28,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest
corner of Government Lot 2 (being the center of
Section -1;28); thence South along the West line of said
Government Lot 2 a distance of 459.9 feet; thence at
an angle'to the left of 25 degrees along the centerline
of the Town Road a distance of 248.5 feet; thence South
at an angle to the right of 25 degrees to the inter-
section with a line drawn at a right angle from the
West line of said Government Lot 2 at a point there in
distant 694.27 feet South, along said West line from
the Northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence East along
said right angle line a distance of 900 feet to the
intersection with a line drawn parallel with and 1020
feet East measured at right angles from the West line
cE said Government Lot 2; thence South at a right angle
to the centerline of County Road No. 6; thence West along
said centerline to its intersection with it line drawn
parallel with and 820 feet East, measured at right angles
from the West line of said Government Lot 2; thence
South parallel with the West line of said Government
Lot 2 to the Southerly line of Government Lot 2; thence
Easterly along said Southerly line to the East line of
said Government Lot 2; thence North along said East
line to the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence West
along the North line of said Government Lot 2 to the
point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom that part of Government Lot 2,
Section 28, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at the
intersection of a line drawn at right angles to the
West line of said Government Lot 2 from a point thereon
distant 694.27 feet South along said West line from the
Northwest corner of said Government Lot 2, with the
East line of said Government Lot 2; thence west along
said right angle line to its intersection with a line
drawn parallel with and 1020 feet East measured at
right angles from the West line of said Government Lot 2,
thence South parallel with the West line of said
Government Lot 2 to the Northerly line of Hennepin
County State Aid Highway Number 6, Plat 5 on file and
of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles, said
Hennepin Countyt thence Southeasterly along said Northerly
line to the East line of said Government Lot 2; thence
North along said East line of Government Lot 2 to the
point of beginning.
And also that part of the South 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4
of Section 28, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying South of the Southerly boundary of
Circle Star Business Center First Addition, according
to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office
of the Registrar of Titles in and for said Hennepin County.
That part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and
that part of Government Lot 2, all in Section 28,
Township 118, Range 22, all described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the East line of said
Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and the centerline of

County Road No, 6; thence West along the centerline
of said County Road a distance of 1184.42 feet to the
actual point of beginning of the tract to be described;
thence North parallel with the East line of said
Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 to the intersection
of a line drawn parallel with the East -west centerline
of said Section 28 from a point on the East line of
Lot 10, Block 1, Rath's Second Addition, distant 300
feet North from the Southeast corner of said Lot 10,
thence West along the last described parallel line to
the East line of said Lot 10, thence South along the
East line of said Lot 10 and its Southerly extension
to the centerline of County Road No. 6; thence Easterly
along said centerline to the point of beginning, according
to the U. S. Government Survey thereof."
Section 2. General Development Plan. This ordinance authorizes
the development of said tracts only in accordance with the
general development plan, consisting of two exhibits, both
dated June 7, 1971, which general development plan is on file
in the Village offices and which plan is subject to such
modification as may be required pursuant to Section 10,
Subdivision 6 of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
