AN ORD XANCE AMENDING THE PLYMOUTH
ZONING ORDINANCE WITH RESPECT TO
SET 'RACKS IN B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4, I-1
AND 1-2 DISTRICTS
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8
known as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance an a opted May 13, 1968
is hereby amended as follows:
1.01 Section 11, Subd. 5, Par. 2.a. of said ordinance
is hereby amended by adding the following thereto:l
"Provided, however, that in the event such front
yard is across a street from any property zoned,
in any residential calssification such front
yard shall have a depth of not less than seventy-
five (75) feet unless such street is designated
as a thoroughfare on the Thoroughfare Guide Plan.'

1.02 Section 11, Subd. 5, Par. 3.b. is hereby repealed

and the following substituted therefor: ..b.
except that no building shall be located within
seventy-five (75) feet of any lot line abutting

a lot zoned in any residential classification."

1.0.3 Section 11, Subd. 5; Par. 4 shall be amended b.y

adding the following thereto as sub -paragraph b.:
"b. except that no building shall be located

1.04 Section 12, Subd. 5, Par. 2.b. is hereby repealed

1.05 Section 13, Subd. 6, Par. 2 is .hereby amended by

1.06 Section 13, Subd. 6, Par. 3.b. is hereby
repealed and the following substituted therefor:

1.07 Section 13, Subd. 6, Para 4.b. is hereby repealed
and the following substituted therefor:

1.08 Section 14, Subd. 5, Par. 2 is hereby amended by `
adding the following thereto:

1.09 Section 14, Subd. 5, Par. 3.b. is hereby amended

{ by deleting: the words "fifty (50) feet" therefrom
{ and substituting the words "seventy-five (75)
feet" therefor.
1.10 Section 14, Subd 5, Par. 4.b. is hereby amended
by deleting the words "fifty (50) feet" therefrom., .
and substituting the words "seventy-five (15)
feet" therefor. !
1.11 Section 15, Subd. 5, Par. 2.b, is hereby repealed
and the following substituted therefor:

1.12 Section 15, Subd. 5, Par. 3.b. is hereby ;ae..ed'

1.13 Section 16, Sub, S, Pax'. 2.b. and c. are hereby
repealed and the -following substituted therefor:'

1.14 Section 16, Subd. `5, -Par. 3.b, is =hereby amended
by deleting the words>"fifty (50') feet" therefrom
and substituting the words "seventy-five (75)
feet therefor.
1,15 Section lb, Subd. 5, Par. 4.b. is hereby amended
by deleting the words "fifty (50)" therefrom
and substituting the words "seventy-five (75)
feet" therefor.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take.
effect upon its passage and publication.
