AN'ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER V
SECTION 7 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
RFLATING TO THE USE AND OPERATION
OF SNOWMOBILES .,
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
;'ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

j Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Section 7 of
'Chapter V of the Village Code is hereby amended as follows:

1.01 Section 7.03 of said Chapter V is hereby amended by
adding the following thereto as sub -section (12)
and (13)
"7.03 Operation Generally.
(12) Between the hours of 11:00 P.M. to
7:00 A.M. Monday through Thursdays;
Between 1:00 A.M. and 8:00 A.M. on
Saturday; Between 1:00 A.M. and
8:00 A.M. and after 11:00 P.M. on
Sunday Knd before 7:00 A,M. ore Friday.
(13) Within SO feet of any residence,
apartme'Fuilding or other structure
used for dwelling purposes.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
affective upon its passage an publication.
