THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8 of the

Village of Plymouth adopted May 13, 1968 is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the Village of Plymouth Zoning
Map to I-1 with respect to the following property:
All that -part of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast; Quarter of Section 34.,'Town ship.116,
Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota and Lots 3 and 4,, 4
Block D, Plymouth Orchards lying. Westerly and South-
westerly of the following described" liiie : Beginning
at a point on the South 'line of thesaid Nprthwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarteru said Po
1,282.5 feet Easterly of the Southwest :Corner thereof;
thence Northerly parallel with the West -line of said
Quarter -Quarter, distance 1,205 feet; thence deflect
to the left 400 a distance of.305 feet; thence deflect
to the left`350 to the Northwesterly line of said
Lots 3 and 4 and there terminating.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth
the 7th day of December, 1970.
