ORDINANCE NO. 70-37
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER V.I SECTION 9 OF THE VILLAGE
E CODE RELATING TO SERVICE ENTRANCE C.01MUT AND CONDUCTORS
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF 'PLYMOUTH DOLS
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
j Section 1. Amendment of Village Code.Section 9 of
Chapter VI of the Village Code is hereby amended by adding the,
following thereto as Section 9.05:
119.05. Section 142.100 of the said 'City of Minneapolis
E Electrical Ordinance - 1969' is hereby amended,by"deleting
Paragraph C. thereof and substituting the following therefor
1142.100 Service Entrance Conduit and Conductors.
C. If an electric range or other major appli
ance is to be installed, then a 100 ampere service shall be
required.
When a 100 ampere or larger service is installed At,
shall be required to be the; same as the services for new"
single family dwellings described in Section 142.080.
For new apartment units the minimum"lighting"and
small appliance load feeder shall have a current carrying'.

Section 2. Effective Date. This"ordinance shall,
