ORDINANCE NO. 70-29
[ AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO FEES FOR
INSTALLATION OF LOW VOLTAGE CIRCUITS
AND AMENDING SECTION 9 OF CHAPTER VI
OF THE VILLAGE CODE

qTHE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Section 9 of Chapter VI
of the Village Code is hereby amended by adding the following
thereto as Section 9.04:
" . 9.04. Section 200 of the said 'CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS
ELECTRICAL ORDINANCE - 1969' is hereby amended by adding
the following thereto as Section 200.150:
'. . . Low Voltage Circuits:
202.150. For the installation of remote
control signal circuits and all circuits
of less than fifty (50) volts there shall
be a minimum inspection fee of $3.00 for
the first ten (10) outlets or any part
thereof; for outlets eleven (11) to twenty
(20) or any part thereof an additional fee
of $3.00 shall be charged; for each ten (10)
additional outlets or any part thereof over
the first twenty (20) outlets, an additional
fee of $1.50 shall be charged'"
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council the 20th day of July, 1970.
