ORDINANCE NO. 70-26
AN ORDINANCE REZONING TO I-2 CLASSIFICATION
CERTAIN LANDS IN THE NORTH 1/2 OF
SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8, the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance adopted May 13, 1968 is hereby
amended by changing the classification on the Village of Plymouth
Zoning Map to I-2 with respect to the following described
property:
The North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 28, Township 118, Range 22, except
the Westerly 400 feet thereof.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth
on the 15th day of June. 1970.
