ORDINANCE NO. 70-25
AN ORDINANCE REZONING TO I-1 CLASSIFICATION
CLASSIFICATION CERTAIN LANDS IN GREER'S
ORCHARD TRACTS AND IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF
SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES
HERESY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amandment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8, the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance adopted May 13, 1968 is hereby
amended by changing the classification on the Village of Plymouth
Zoning Map to I-1 with respect to the following described
property:
Lot 16, "First Addition, Greer's Orchard Tracts,
Hennepin County."
Lot 17, "First Addition, Greer's Orchard Tracts,
Hennepin County."
That part of Lot 18, First Addition, Greer's
Orchard Tracts, Hennepin County lying Southeasterly
of the Southeasterly line of U. S. Highway No. 494.
That part of Lot 19, First Addition, Greer's Orchard
Tracts, Hennepin County, lying Southeasterly of the
Southeasterly line of U. S. Highway No. 4914.
That part of the East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of
Section 34, Township 118, North Range 22, West of the
5th Principal Meridian, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said East 1/2
of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section; thence North
along the East line of said East 1/2 of Northwest 1/4
of said Section to the Southeasterly line of the
Electric Short Line Railroad Right of Way; thence
Southwesterly along waid Southeasterly line of said
Railroad Right of Way to the West line of the East
1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section; thence
South along the West line of said East 1/2 of Northwest
1/4 of said Section to the Southwest corner thereof;
thence East along the South line of said East 1/2 of
the Northwest 1/4 of. said Section to the point of
beginning, except the Southerly 500 feet of the
Easterly 300 feet thereof.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
