AmendipA Village Code. Section 2 of Chapter IV of the Village Code is hereby r)jpealed and the following substituted therefor: "Section 1. PARKING AND DIRECTION OF TRAFFIC 2.01 Parking Ragulations. In addition to the pro- vision of Chapter 169 Minnesota Statues relating to the park- ing of vehicles, all of which provisions are incorporated herein by referencie, the following regulations relet'.ng to the parking or stopping of vehicles shall be cbserved,. a) No vehicle shall be'parked on any street for the purpose of advertising or displaying it for sale. b) No vehicle shall be parked upon any street in any one place for a continuous period longer than twelve (12) houss. c) No vehicle, other thou trucks, shall be parked in public alleys, and no truck shall be so parked for a longer period of time than, is required to load or unload commodities and then for via longer than .thirty (30) minutes. d) The Village Council may be resolution designate "no parking sones" of "limited time parking zones" and when such zones are so posted it shall be unlawful to park a vehicle in such zone contrary to such posting. e) It shall be unlawful to leave a vehicle parked and unattended with the keys to such vehicle in the ignition lock on any street, allej or other public property. f) The village Manager, or an employee of the village designated by his, is hereby authorized to post "no parking" signs for snow removal along streets where snow removal operations will require the use of the street by snow plowing and removal equipsent, Such signs shall be posted at frequent intervals at least four (4) hours prior to the time when snow removal coaences on th+t_strest so popted, and such signs shall bs removed pxopsrly';after completion of the f snow removal oparationc;-person shall park any vehicle on any street so posted nor leave any vehicle which etas parked at the'time of posting for any period of sore than two (2) hour: thereafter. 4 It shall be unlswfu for any person -other than a duly designated employee of the Village to remove such signs. g) After A saoWall of at least two and vela' half (2 1/2) � - inches in the Village, parking is prohibited an my i `i public street or alley until and 'after that parti- cular street ,or alley has been plowed and the snow removed to the curb line or -.shoulder. 10 No person shall;deposit any snow or ice, plowed or € removed from any privats'prpperty,.onto the travelled portion of.ani street, .alley''or•public;way. f: 1) No person shall stop, park or leave standing any vehicle on any :street in (rout of the entrance to, ff or exit from, anychursh, lwspital, school, .theatser, 1 dance. -hall, hotel or potsl, fol the full width of such entrance or es#t during the flours tlsat cucb buildings are in nee by the public.
