ORDINANCE NO. 70-19
AN ORDINANCE REZONING TO R-4 AND B-1 CLASSIFICATION
CERTAIN LANDS IN THE EAST ONE-HALF OF SECTION 21 IN
TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22, LYING WITHIN THE PRELIMINARY
PLAT OF FOX MEADOWS ADDITION.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8, the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 13, 1968 is hereby
amended by changing the classifications on the Village of
Plymouth Zoning Map within the preliminary plat of Fox Meadows
Addition as follows:
Lots 7 and 8 of Block 1 - R-0 to R-4
Lots 1 through 6 of Block 1- R-0 to B-1
All of Block 2 - R-0 to B-1
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth
the 20th day of April, 1970.
