ORDINANCE NO. 70- 16
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 22, SUBDIVISION 1,
PARAGRAPH 3 OF THE PLYMOUTH ZONING ORDINANCE
RELATING TO LANDS LYING WITHIN 200 FELT OF THE
BOUNDARIES OF ANY ZONING DISTRICT
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Section 22,
Subdivision 1 of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance is hereby
amended by deleting Paragraph 3 thereof and substituting the
following therefor:
"SECTION 22 AMENDMENT
Subdivision 1. Procedure.
. 3. All applications for changes in the
boundaries of any Zoning District which
.are initiated by the petition of the
owner or owners of property, the zoning
of which is proposed to be changed, shall
be accompanied by a map or plat showing
the lands proposed to be changed and all
lands within four hundred (400) feet of
the boundaries of the property proposed
to be rezoned, together with the names
and addresses of the owners of the lands
in such area as the same appear on the
records of the County Auditor of Hennepin
County, which shall be provided by the
petitioner."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be
effective upon its passage and publication.
