VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
ORDINANCE NO. 70- 14
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9, CHAPTER VII
OF THE VILLAGE CODE RELATING TO SEA LEVEL
DATA ON REQUESTS FOR SUBDIVISION WAIVERS
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Section 9 of
Chapter VII of the Village Code is hereby amended by adding the
following thereto as Section 9.04:
" . 9.04. Sea Level Elevations Required. All
surveys submitted in connection with applications for
waivers of the provisions of Section 9.02 or for division
or consolidation of lots or tracts as provided in
Section 9.03 shall show thereon sea level elevations
at fifty (50) foot intervals."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council the 2nd day of
March , 1970.
