AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE
RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF THE VILLAGE
INIANAGER AND THE VILLAGE CLERK
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Code. Chapter VII of tLe'.Villag
Le of the Village o ymou is ereby amended in the
.lowing respects:
(a)- Subsection 4 of Section 6.02 of said
Chapter VII shall be amended by deleting
the whole thereof and substituting the
following therefor:
114. Space for certificates of approval
to be filled in by the signatures of the
Chairman of the Planning Commission, the Mayor,
Village Manager and Village Engineer."
Section 2, Reference to Clerk -Administrator. Any
erence to the Village Clerk -Administrator in apter VII of the
,lags Code shall be deemed and understood to refer to the
lags Clerk.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
act upon its passage and publi ion.
