AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE
RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF THE VILLAGE
} MANAGER AND THE VILLAGE CLERK .

THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTHDOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Code. Chapter VI of the Village
Code of the Village of Plymouth-T---We—reby amended in the following
respects:
(aY Subsection (a) of Section 3.07 of the said
Chapter VI shall be amended by striking the
whole thereof and substituting the following
therefor:
"(a) The Village Manager shall assign
responsibility for administration of this
ordinance to a qualified inspector."
Section 2. Reference to Clerk -Administrator. Any
reference to the Village er - minzstra or in apter VI
sof the Village Code shall be deemed and understood to refer to the
Village Clerk.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
affect upon its passage an pu cation.
Adopted by the -Village Council February 2 , 1970.
