AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE CODE
RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF THE VILLAGE
MANAGER. AMID THE VILLAGE CLERIC
119 VILLAGE COUNCIL Or THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
,S FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Chapter I of
he Village Code of t e Village o ymou a is hereby amended in
he following respects:
(a) Subsection (e) of Section 2.02 of said

Chapter I shall be amended by deleting'
the whole thereof and substituting the
following therefor -
"(e) Clerk: the Village Clerk"
Subsection (h) of Section 2.02 of said Chapter
I shall be amended by deleting the whole
thereof and substituting the following
therefor
"(h) Manager; the Village Manager"
Subsection (i) of Section 2.02 of said
Chapter I shall be amended by deleting the
whole thereof and substituting the following
therefor• -
"(i) Person: any natural individual, firm,
partnership, trust, estate, club,
association, or corporation. As applied
to partnerships or associations the word
includes the partners or members thereof;
as applied to corporations it includes ,
the officers, agents, or employees .
thereof who are responsible for the act
referred to. The singular includes the
plural, and the plural includes the
singular. The masculine gender in?-
eludes
n-eludes the feminine and neuter genders."
Subsection (j) of Section 2.02 of said
Chapter I shall be amended by deleting the
whole thereof and substituting the following
therefor -
"(j)
Ordinances: The ordinances of the

amendments and additions thereto, and
this Code."
(e) Section 2.02 of said Chapter T shall be
amended by adding the following thereto as
subsection (k) -

Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
affect upon its passage rnd pu kation,
