AN ORDINANCE REZONING I-1 CLASSIFICATION
CERTAIN LAWS EAST OF MAPLE DELL ADDITION
TO VICKSBURG LAM, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES
IHERBBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8, the
Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 13, 1968, is hereby a
(by changing the classifications on the Village of Plymouth Zoning
((Map from R-0 to I-].. with respect to the following described
1properties:
j That part of the NWj of the SWj of Section 21,
Township 118, Range 22, except the West 340'
of the South 1188' consisting in all of 31 acres
r more oi� less.
That part of the NWI of the SWI of Sec. 21-118-22,
described as follows Beginning at the Southwest
corner thereof; thence East along the South line
thereof a distance of 340 feet; thence North and
parallel to the West line thereof a distance of
1088 feet; thence West and parallel to the South
line thereof a distance of 340 feet to a point on
the West line 'thereof;,,thence South along the West
line thereofa-d"tance of 1088 feet to the point
of beginning; togetherwith an easement for roadway
purposes over and.acr6s-s the West 16.5 feet of the
North 268.55 feet of said NWJ.of the SWj of Sec.
21-118--22.
The Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 21,
Township 118, Range 22, lying Southerly of State
Highway #55.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect up
its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council January 5, 1970.
