AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER II, SECTION 3.02 (b)
OF THE VILLAGE CODE AMENDING THE MEMBERSHIP DISTRICTS
f' OF THE VILLAGE PLANNING COMMISSION
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Chapter II, Section 3402
(b) of the Village Code is hereby deleted and the following
substituted therefor:
"Section 3. VILLAGE PLANNING COMMISSION
. . . 3.02. Membero.
(b) The village shall be divided
intothe following four (4) districts and
a member of the commission shall be appointed
from each of said district:
District No. 1 Sections 4, 5, 6 7, 8, 9,
16, 17 and 18,
District No, 2 Sections 19, 20, 21, 28, 29,
30, 31, 32 and 33.
District No. 3``- Sections 22, 23, 24, 25, 26
27, 34, 35and,j,6.,
District No.'4 - Sections 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 120.
13, 14 and 15."
Section 2., ,Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication:
Adopted by tiye Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth the day of January, 1970.
