ORDINANCE: NO. 70-1
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER VI SECTION 2 OF
THE VILLAGE COF>E;,PYACING STRUCTURES BUILT IN R-3
AND R-4 ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS INTO FIRE ZONE NO.2.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
JiEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
a-ction1. Arendment of Village'Code. Chapter VI, Section 2 of
the Village Code, relating to amendments to the Uniform Building
Code is hereby amended by adding the following thereto as
Section 2.07:
"CHAPTER VI. CONSTRUCTION CODE.
. Section 2. AMENDMENTS TO UNIFORM BUILDING CODE

constructed in R-3 and R-4 zones as
defined and, set out in the Zoning
Ordinance of the Village of Plymouth
are declared to be in Fire Zone Two as
defined apd`` set out in Chapter 16 of the .
Unif'Orm ,ftilding Code. All such
buil dia and structures shall be built
and constructed in accordance with'`the
requirements of the Uni€orsn Building
Code relating to the various restrictions.

Code inconsistent with the provisions of
this ordinance are hereby repealed."
'Section '2'." Effective'Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of
