ORDINANCE NO. 69-27
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER VI OF THE VILLAGE CODE BY
ADOPTING THE CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS ELECTRICAL ORDINANCE BY
REFERENCE AND ENACTING CERTAIN AMENDMENTS THERETO
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

i5 hereby amended by adding the following thereto as Section 9:
"CHAPTER VI. CONSTRUCTION CODE
Section 9. ADOPTION OF CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS
ELECTRICAL CODE BY REFERENCE.
9.01. There is hereby adopted and incorporated into
the Village Code of the village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
by reference, that certain published code prepared by the
City of Minneopolis for general circulation and use which
is entitled, "CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS - ELECTRICAL ORDINANCE - 19691.
9.02. Three (3) copies of said 'CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS -
ELECTRICAL ORDINANCE 1969' shall be marked as 'Offic til

Copies' and filed for reference and inspection in the office
of the Village Clerk
9.03. Section 142;230 of said 'CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS -
ELECTRICAL ORDINANCE - 1969' is hereby amended by adding the
following theretor
1142.230A. Farm Buildings. OF cable and Romax may
be used in the w'r ing oT farm buildings.
142.230B. Alteratio s .and Additions on Existing Buildings.,
Wiring of alterations an addtWnd to homes and bUlld1n919
previously wired may be done using the sane wiring
materials and methods previously used.'"
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council December 1, 1969.
