ORDINANCE NO. 69-26
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH TO REZONE FROM R-0
TO R-3 AND R-4 CERTAIN LANDS IPI OAKWOOD MANOR
ADDITION
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Ordinance. The Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota adopted May 13, 1968 is
hereby amended by changing the classification on the Village of
Plymouth Zoning Map as follows:
From R-0 to R-3
That part of Outlots One and Two, Oakwood Manor,
described as beginning at the point of intersection
of the Westerly line of said Outlot Two with a line
drawn at a right angle to the Easterly line of said
Outlot Two from a point therein distant 78.29 feet
North of the Southeast corner of said Outlot Two;
thence East along said right angle line 196.53
feet to a point 265 feet West of the Easterly line
of said Outlot Two; thence at a right angle South 250
feet; thence at a right angle West 43 feet; thence at
a right angle South 253 feet; thence at a right angle
West to the Westerly line of said Outlot One; thence
Northerly along the Westerly line of Outlots One and
Two to the point of beginning.
From R-0 to R-4
That part of Outlot Two, Oakwood Manor, lying North
of a line drawn at a right angle to the Easterly line
of said Outlot Two from a point therein distant 78.29
feet North of the Southeast corner therec°.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
