ORDINANCE NO. 69-25
AN OkDINANCE REZOINING TO -1 CLASSIFICATION CERTAIN
LANDS IN GREER'S ORCHARD TRACTS, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8, the Plymouth
Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 13, 1968, is hereby amended by changing
the classifications on the Village of Plymouth Zoning Map from
R-0 to I-1 with respect to the following described properties:
Lot 8, First Addition, Greer's Orchard Tracts, Hennepin County
Lot 6, First Addition, Greer's Orchard Tracts, Hennepin County
That part of Lot 7, First Addition, Greer's Orchard Tracts,
Hennepin County lying Southeasterly of the Southeasterly line
of U}S. Highway #494
That part of Lot 10, First Addition, Greer's Orchard Tracts,
Hennepin County lying Southeasterly of the Southeasterly
line of U.S Highway #494
Lot 11, First Addition, Greer>'s Orchard Tracts, Hennepin County
Lot 12, First Addition, Greer's Orchard Tracts, Hennepin County
Lot 13, First Addition, Greer's Orchard Tracts, Hennepin County
Lot 14, First Addition, Greer's Orchard Tracts, Hennepin County
That part of Lot 20, First Addition, Greer's Orchard Tracts,
Hennepin County lying Southeasterly of the southeasterly
line of U.S�.Highwal- #494
That part of Lot 21, First Addition, Greer's Orchard Tracts,
Hennepin County lying Southeasterly of the Southeasterly
line of U.S. Highway #494
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect upon
its passage and publication.
