VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
ORDINANCE NO. 69-23
AN ORDINANCE REZONING TO R-3 AND R-4 CLASSIFICATIONS
CERTAIN LANDS IN SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 29 AND
NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 32 BOTH IN TOWNSHIP 118,
RANGE 22 ALL LYING WITHIN PLAT OF KREATZ-STERN
ADDITION
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8,
the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 13, 1968, is hereby
amended by changing the classifications on the Village of
Plymouth Zoning Map within the Plat of Kreatz-Stern Addition as
follows:

Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council the 13th day of October,
1969.
