ORDINANCE NO. 69-22
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8, SECTION 8.03
OF THE VILLAGE CODE CHANGING THE CHARGES FOR
SEWER SERVICES WITHIN THE VILLAGE IN CERTAIN
PARTICULARS
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF DLYMOUTH nO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Code. Chapter 8, Section 8.03 of
the Village Code is amended by deleting Subsections (a), (b)
and (d) and substituting the following therefor:
"...(a) Single family dwellings and churches - rate
per year $44, penalty 10% of the delinquent amount
per quarter.
...(b) Multipye dwellings - rate per year $44 per
unit, penalty 10'% of the delinquent amount per quarter.
...(d) Trailer courts and mobile home parks - $44
per unit per year, charged quarterly, on the basis of
the number of trailer homes in place in the park at
the commencement of each quarter, penalty 10% of the
delinquent amount per quarter. ..."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council the 29th day of September,
1969.
