ORDINANCE NO. 69-20
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE;
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH BY REZONING INTO
R-4 CLASSIFICATION A PkRT OF THE SOUTHWEST
QUARTER OF SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Ordinance. Ordinance
No. 68-8 of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance adopted May 13, 1968
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the
Village of Plymouth Zoning Map from the R -O District to the
R-4 District with respect to the following described property:
The South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 118 North,
Range 22 West, EXCEPT that part described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of said South
Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter; thence South along the East line of said
South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter 75.4 feet to the past of beginning of the
exception being described; thence deflecting right
90 degrees a distance of 326.7 feet; thence deflecting
left 90 degrees a distance of 265 feet; thence deflec::ing
left 90 degrees to said East line; thence North to
the point of beginning.
Together with an easement for roadway purposes over
and across the North 60 feet of the South 288 feet
of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of
Section 26, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying East of the West 649.2 feet thereof.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth September 8, 1969.
