ORDINANCE NO. 69-19
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH BY REZONING INTO
R-4 CLASSIFICATION A PART OF THE SOUTHWEST
QUARTER OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Ordinance. Ordinance
No. 68-8 of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance adopted May 13, 1968
is hereby amended by changing the classification on the
Village of Plymouth Zoning Map from the R -O District to the
R-4 District with respect to the following described property:
Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 21,
Township 118, Range 22 according to the United
States Government Survey thereof. Also, that part
of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 21, Township 118, Range 22 described as
beginning at the Southeast corner thereof; thence
North on the East line thereof 832 feet; thence at
right angles West 1311.5 feet, more or less, to the
West line thereof; thence South on the West line
thereof to the Southwest coiner thereof; thence
East on the South line thereof 1306 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning according to the
United States Government Survey thereof. ALSO, That
part of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 21, Township 118, Range 22, lying South of
a line running from a point in the East line of said
East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 distance 917.07 feet
South of the Northeast corner thereof to a point in
the West line of said East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4
distance 930.43 feet South of the Northwest corner
thereof, except that part thereof described as beginning
at the Southeast corner thereof; thence North along
the East line thereof 832 feet; thence at right angles
West 1311.5 feet, more or less, to the West line thereof;
thence South on the West line thereof to the Southwest
corner thereof; thence East on the South line thereof
1306 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
All according to the United States Government Survey
thereof.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
