AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH BY REZONING INTO I-1
CLASSIFICATION A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER
OF SECTION 21, A PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER
OF SECTION 28 AND A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER
OF SECTION 28.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Zoning of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8
of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance adopted May 13, 1968 is hereby
amended by changing the classification on the Village of
Plymouth Zoning Map from the R-0 District to the 1-1 District,
with respect to the following described property:
That part of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 21,
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying south of proposed 28th Avenue
North, except east 420 feet, plus or minus, of
the north 40'rods of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of said Section 21.
And except that part of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of said Section 21 lying south of
the north 40 rods thereof.

The west 420 feet, plus o_- minus, of the
North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 28
Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

That part of the South 1./2 of the Northeast 1/4
and that part of: the Northeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 28, Township 118, Range 22,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying north of the
proposed 19th Avenue North.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
