ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS.
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8
of the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance adopted May 13, 1968 is hereby
amended by changing the classification on the Village of
Plymouth Zoning Map from the I-1 District to the B-3 District
with respect to the following described property:
The piece of property, Lot 5 of Block 1 of;proposed
Dart Park West 1st Addition as shown on sheet -7,
Service Station Site, bated 5-1-69.
Which is a pain of, The Southeast Quarter of the
Northeast Querter.of Section 12, Township 118, Range 22,
West ofthe Fifth Principal Meridian subject to that
part thereof, acquired for -'highway purposes described
as follows:
That part of said Southeast Quarter of the Ndr+.heast
Quarter lying easterly .of a line described as-be§ianing
at a point in the North line of said Southeast: Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter distant 175 feet West of -the
Northeast corner thereof; thenceSouthwesterlyto a pout'.
in the South line of said Southeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter distant 395 feet westerly of the South-
east corner thereof; and said lime there terminating.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
