ORDINANCE NO. 69-15
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE SUBDIVISION AND
PLATTING OF LAND; AMENDING PROCEDURES FOR THE
SUBMISSION OF A PROPOSED PLAT
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Chapter VII.,
Section 4., Paragraph 4.01 of the Village Code is hereby
amended by adding the following language "nor more than $500.00"
after the words "but in no event less than $100.00" so that
the amended section shall read as follows:
Section 4. Procedure.
4.01. Any person, desiring to subdivide
land lying within the Village of Plymouth,
shall file with the Village three (3) copies
of A topographical map of the area to be
included in the proposed plat or subdivision;
proposed street profiles of all streets in the
area to be subdivided; four (4) copies of the
proposed plat, and shall pay to the Village
a fee of $5.00 per acre --included in the
proposed area to be subdivided, but in no event
less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00, to
cover Village expenses in making the necessary
studies for the approval of such plat.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be
effective upon its passage and publication. k
