ORDINANCE NO. 69- 14
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RELATING TO OFF STREET PARKING
OF CERTAIN MOTOR VEHICLES IN RESIDENCE DISTRICTS
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Repeal of Ordinance. The Zoning Ordinance
of the Village of Plymouth adopted by the Village Council on
May 13, 1968 is hereby amended by repealing Paragra h (8)
(Truck or Bus Parking in Residence Districts) of Section 17
(General Regulations) of Subdivision 2 (Off Street Parking and
Loading Regulations) and by adding a new paragraph as follows:
(8) Motor Vehicle Parking in RESIDENCE DISTRICTS:
Off street parking of motor vehicles with
a gross weight of over 4.5 tons, except
for deliveries and unloading, in all
RESIDENCE DISTRICTS, except in the R-0
DISTRICT, shall be prohibited.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be
effective upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth
this 16th day of June 1959.
