ORDINANCS NO. 69-14
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE,
1967 EDITION, BY REFERENCE
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Chapter VI. of the
Plymouth Village Code is hereby amended by adding the following thereto
as Section 8:
"Section 8. ADOPTION OF UNIFORM MECHMICAL CODE BY REFERENCR.
8.61. There is hereby adopt , lwg , is"orporatad - into
the Village Code of the Viliago F ilouth, Minnesota,
by reference, that certain published`*de entitled 'uniform
hanieal Code - 1967 Edit on. .
8.42. Three (3) copies of said 'Uniform Mechanical Code -
1967 Edition' shall be marked as 'official copies' and
filed for reference and inspection in the office of the
Village Clerk."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council the 19� day of 7 ,
1969.
