AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH REZONING
INTO R-4 CLASSIFICATION A PORTION OF THE
SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTMXST 1/4 OF SECTION 29,
TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance: Ordinance
No. 68-8, the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 13, 1968, is
hereby amended by changing the classification on the Village of
Plymouth zoning map frog: the R -O District to the R-4 District
with respect to the following described property:
That part of the Southwest l/4 of the Southwest 1/4
lying West of the East 600 feet thereof and East
of the West 330 feet thereof South of County Road 6
and North of the pplat of Plymouth Square, all in
Section 29, Towns 1p 118, Range 22.
Section 2 Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Plymoutj
May 19, 1969.
