AN ORDINANCE REZONING A POR'JTION OF
SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22 FROM
R-0 TO R-4 CLASSIFICATION
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Ordinance.
Ordinance No. 68-8, the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, adopted
May 13, 1968, is hereby amended by changing the classification
on the Village of Plymouth Zoning Map from R-0 District to
R-4 District with respect to the following described property:
That part of the East 1/2 of the West 1/2
of the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Township 118,
North Range 22, west of the Sth Principal
Meridian, described as follows: Commencing
at the NW corner of the East 1/2 of the
West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Township 118,
Range 22; thence East to the NE corner thereof
said tract; thence south along the East line
of said tract to the center line of the Rockford
Road; thence Southwesterly along the center line
of the Rockford Road to the West line of said
tract; thence North along said West line to the
point of beginning. ALSO the West 1/2 of the
NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 13, Township
118, Range 22.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council April 14, 1969.
