AN ORDINANCE REZONING INTO THE B-3
CLASSIFICATION A PORTION OF TRACT A,
R.L.S. 1133
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Ordinance No. 68-8,
the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 13, 1968, is hereby
amdnded by changing the classification on the Village of Plymouth)
Zoning Map from I-1 District to B-3 District with respect to
the following described property:
That part of Tract A, Registered Land Survey
No. 1133, files of the Register of Titles,
County of Hennepin, lying Rest of a line
parallel with and 217.21 feet East of the Rest
line of said Tract A.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council March 10, 1969.
