ORDINANCE NO. 69-3
AN ORDI2ANCE AMENDING OH&PTFR II, SECTION
2.01 OF THE VILIAGB CODE RELATING TO TRY,
HOLDING OF REGULAR MgAtINGS OF THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. The Village
Ordinance Code is hereby amended by deleting Section 2.01 of
Chapter II and substituting the following therefor:
1#2.01. Meeting of Council. Regular meetings
of the Village Council shall ld on the lot,
3rd and 4th Monday of each month at 7:30 p.m.
at the Village Hill. If any such Monday shall be
a legal holiday, the meeting shall be hdld on such
other day as the Council may by action determine,
provided, however, that such meeting shall be held
at the name place and at the same hour as the
regular meetings. By vote of its members, the Council
may cancel any regular meeting, provided, however,
that at least one regular meeting is held in each
month."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become
effective upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth on this 17th day of March , 1969.
