The Village Council of the Village of Plymouth do
h,,areby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Ordinance.
Ordinance No. 68-8 of the Villag,: of Plymouth, otherwise known
as the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance adopted by the Village Council
on May 30 1968 is hereby amended by adding the following to
Sect-�an 6, Subdivision 3 thereof relating to conditional use
permits in the R -O Open Residence District:
"12, private: Outdoor Recreational Facilities for public
Use or Hire. Provided, however, that before
issuing such Conditional Use Permit for such
facilities, the Villago Council shall determine
that such issuance would not endanger or have a
deleterious effect upon the health, safety,
morals, comfort, convenience or welfare of persons
residing or working in the area adjacent to such
use or to the public welfare or be injurious iD
property or improvements in the area adjacent to such
use,;
Section 2, Effective Date. This ordinance shall became;
effective: upon its passage and publication.
