ORDINANCE NO. 68-20
AN ORDI W%i'. RELATING TO BUILDING PERMIT FEES
AND AMENDING THE LT14IFORM BUILDING CODE.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance. Section 2.03 of Chapter VI
of the Village Code is hereby amended by deleting said section and
substituting the following therefor:
"2.03. Amendments to Sec. 303 thereof Relating to
Permit Fees. Section 303 (a) of the Uniform
Building Code, 1967 Edition, Volum- 1, is
amended by deleting Table No. 3-A - Building
Permit Fees, and substituting the following
therefor:
Table No. 3-A - Building Permit Fees
Residential Construction Including Garages, Remodeling and
Additions.
Total Valuation
$1.00 to $500.00
Over $500. to $5,000.
Over $5,000 to $25,000.
Over $25,000 to $50,000
Over $50,000 to $100,000
Over $100,000 and up
Fee
No fee or inspection
$10.00 for the first $1,000
plus $3.00 for ea. addn.
$1,000 or fraction thereof,
to and including $5,000.
$20.00 for the first $3,000
plus $3.00 for ea. addn.
$1,000 or fraction thereof,
to and including $25,000.
$89.00 for the first $25,000
plum $2.50 for ea. addn.

$151.50 for the first

CLASSIFICATION LOT TWO (2) , BLOCK TWO (2),
GLEN XRIE ADDITION
The Village Council of the Village of Plymouth do hereby
ordain as follows:
Sectio: 1. Amendment of Ordinance No. 68-8. The Plymouth
Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 13, 1968, is hereby amended by
changing the classification on the Village of Plymouth Zoning
Map froin B-3 District to B -E4 District with respect to the
following described property:
Lot Two(2), Block Two(2), Glen Erie
Addition
Stiction 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effe<:tive
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council this 7th day of
November, 1968.
