ORDINANCE NO. 68 -
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER II, SECTIONâ–ş 6.02
OF THE VILLAGE CODE RELATING TO THE FIRE DEPAri
THIS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO !MvY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Section 6.02 of
Chapter II of the Village Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
116.02. Personnel. The Chief of the Fire Wpart=nt ,
the Assistant Chief and other officers of thO dopsrtdc t
shall be appointed by the Village Council. Each
such officer shall hold office for an indefinite
period. Firemen and probationary firemen shall bo
appointed by the Village Council and shall continue
as members of the department until removal therefro-z
by the Village Council."
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Chapter II of the Village Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
