ORDINAiITCE NO. 68-9
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH TO INCLUDE A PORTION OF
THE S 1/2 OF THE SFS 1/4 OF SECTION 22 WITHIN
THE I-1 DISTRICT.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HERESY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance.
Ordinance No. 68-8, the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance,
adopted May 13, 1968 is hereby amended by changing the classifi-
cation on the Village of Plymouth Zoning Map from R -O District to
I-1 Planned Industrial District with respect to the following
described property:
That part of the South one-half (S 1/2) of the
Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section 22,
Township 118, Range 22 lying West of the creek
except that part thereof taken by the State of
Minnesota for highway purposes and further
excepting that part thereof embraced within the
boundaries of Registered Land Survey No. 991.
Section 2. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and
publication.
Adopted by the Village Council June 10, 1968.
