AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.04 SUBDIVISION
(e) OF CHAP'T'ER VII OF THE VILLAGE CODE RELATING
TO THE INSTALLATION OF STORM SEWERS
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Village Code. Section 8.04 (e) of
Chapter VII of the Village Code is hereby deleted and the #
following substituted therefor:
"8.04 .
(e) Storm Sewers. A system of drainage that
will a equa ely take care of the water
run-off within the subdivision shall be
provided. In the event it is feasible to
connect to existing storm sewer systems,
the subdivider shall be required' -to
install storm sewer mains within the sub
division. 11
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council this 6th day of
May , 1968.
