VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
ORDINANCE NO. 68-5
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SIGN ORDINANCE OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH TO PROVIDE FOR PENALTIES
FOR, FAILURE OF TIMELY RENEWAL OF SIGN PERMITS
THE VILLAGES COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, Amendment of Ordinance. Section 8 of Ordinance
No. 66-11 is hereby amended by adding the following thereto as
Section 8.05:
118.05 Peraons desiring to renew sign permits
following their expiration on December 31st
of any year shall do so and pay the annual
fee therefor, as prescribed by Sections 8.02
and 8.03 above, on or before Januar; 10th
of the succeeding year. Any person failing
to so renew a sign permit on or before the
specified date shall pay a penalty of an
additional $15.00 before -a renewal of such
permit will be issued."
Section 2. Effective Date, This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication,
adopted by i ne Village Council the 19th day of
February , 1968.
