ORDINANCE NO. 68-3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER VII OF THE
VILLAGE CODE TO REQUIRE PARTICIPATION OF
VILLAGE ENGINEER FOR INSTALLATION OF CER-
TAIN UTILITIES.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 - Amendment of Village Code. Chapter VII of the
Village Code of the Village of Plymouth is hereby amended by
adding the following thereto as Section 8.05:
"8.05. Participation of Village Engineer.
(a) All installations of sanitary sewer, water
systems and storm sewers required by this
section shall be planned and designed by
the Village Engineer and shall be installed
under his supervision.
(b) The owner and subdivider shall reimburse the'
Village for all charges made to the Village
by the Village Engineer for such planning,
designing and supervision."
Section 2 - Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council the 5th day of
February , 1968.
