VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
ORDINANCE NO. 68-1
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE FIRE PREVENTION CODE
AND AMENDING CHAPTER VI.OF THE VILLAGE CODE
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 - Amendment of Chapter VI.of Village Code. Chapter VI.
of the Village Code is hereby amended by adding the following
thereto as Section 7:
"CHAPTER VI. CONSTRUCTION CODE
...Section 7. ADOPTION OF FIRE PREVENTION CODE BY
REFERENCE,
7.01 There is hereby adopted and incorporated into
the Village Code of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
by reference, that certain published Code prepared by
the American Insurance Association successor to the
National Board of Fire Underwriters for general
circulation and use, which is entitled 'Fire Prevention
Code - 1965 Edition.'
7.02 Three (3) copies of said 'Fire Prevention
Code - 1965 Edition' shall be marked as 'official copies'
and filed for reference and inspection in the office of
the Village Clerk."
Section 2 - Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council the 22nd day of
January , 1968.
