AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA To
INCLUDE WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE PORTIONS
OF SECTION 1 AND SECTION 27 TOWNSHIP 118,
RANGE 22
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Ordinance. The zoning ordinance
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted November 9, 1949,
and readopted on August 2, 1955, is hereby amended to include the
following described property within the industrial zone:
The North 90 feet of the South 730 feet of the
East 796 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 1, Township 118,
Range 22, except the East 175 feet thereof
taken for Highway purposes.
Also:
The North 90 feet of the South 820 feet of the
West 311 feet of the East 796 feet of the South-
east 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 1,
Township 118, Range 22.
-And-
That part of the East 1/2 of the West 1/2 of
the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section
27, Township 118, Range 22, lying North of the
'. center line of County Road No. 6.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its.
passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council the 4th day of December, 1967.
