AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE.VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, TO INCLUDE
WITHIX THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE, A PORTION OF SECTION
21, AND TO INCLUDE WITHIN THE MULTIPLE DWELLING
ZONE A PORTION OF SECTION 21, ALL IN TOWNSHIP
118, RANGE 22.
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Ordinance. The zoning
ordinance of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted
November 9, 1949 and readopted on August 2, 1955 is hereby
amended as follows:
1.01. To include the following described property within
the industrial zone:
The Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 21 Township 118,
Range 22.
1.02. To include within the multiple dwelling zone the
following described property;
The Northeast quarter of the Northwest
quarter, except the Easterly 495 feet
thereof, of Section 21, Township 118,
Range 22.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council the 4th day of December,
1967.
