AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH', MINNESOTA TO INCLUDE
WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE A PART OF LOTS 5
AND 6, PLYMOUTH GARDENS, AND TO INCLUDE WITHIN
THE B-3 SERVICE BUSINESS DISTRICT CERTAIN
PROPBRTY BEING IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 118,
RANGE 22
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TIM VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DO HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Ordinance.
1.01 The zoning ordinance of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota, adopted November 9, 1949 and readopted
on August 2, 1955, is hereby amended to include
Lots 5 and 6, Plymouth Gardens except the
East 167 feet thereof Within the industrial zone.
1.02 Said zoning ordinance is furtiuer:amended to
include the following described property within
the B-3 Service Business District:
Beginning at the N.W. corner of that
part of the N. 3/4 of the N.W. 1/4
of the S.E. 1/4 of Section 15, T. 11$;
R. 22Y lying southerly of the center of
Rockford Road (County Road No. 9) and
east of the west 324.7 feet; thence
southerly 233 feet parallel with the
west line of said Section; thence
easterly at right angles a distance of
350 feet; thence northerly at right -
angles approximately 233 feet to the center
line of County Road No. 9; thence westerly
to the point of beginning. Less 0.17
acres more or less for highway right-
of-way.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its passage and publication.
Adopted by the Village Council November 6, 1967.
