OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA TO
INCLUDE CERTAIN LANDS WITHIN THE INDUSTRIAL ZONA;.
The Village Council of the Village of Plymouth do
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Amendment of Zoning Ordinance, The zoning
ordinance of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, adopted
November 9, 1949 and readopted on August 2,1955, is hereby
amended to include the following described properties within
the industrial zone:
All those partes of Sections 7, 8, 17 and 18,
in Township 118 North, Range 22 -West, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Southwest Quarter (SWJ) of the Southwest
Quarter (SWI) of Section Eight (8); East
Half of the Southeast Quarter (SES) of
Section Seven (7) lying Southerly of
railraod right of way, except North 400
feet of the West 218 feet of the Southeast
Quarter (SEJ) of the Southeast Quarter
(SEJ) of said Section Seven (7); The
West 1,029.55 feet of the Northwest
Quarter (NWJ) of the Northwest Quarter
(NWI) of Section 17 lying North of County
Road No. 9; That part of the Northeast
Quarter (NEI) of the Northeast Quarter
(NEJ) of Section 18 lying East of the
West 545 feet and Northerly of County
Road No. 9; That part of the East Half
(RD of the Northwest Quarter (NWI) of
the Northeast Quarter (NEI) of Section Is
lying Northerly of County Road No. 9;
West Half (W�,) of the Southeast Quarter
(SEJ) of Section Seven lying Northerly of
County Road No. 9 exceptrailroad right of
way; West Quarter (W41) of the Southeast
Quarter (SEJ) of Section 7 lying Northerly
